It's a desaturated photo of some tower at La Défense near paris. (It must be the SFR tower aka Sequoia Tower, other shots here : [link] [link] [link] [link]
I say desaturated because it is not a real BW. I've jsut learned how to use the red, green and blu color to adjust BW settings and levels on Canon software.
