It's a desaturated photo of some tower at La Défense near paris. (It must be the SFR tower aka Sequoia Tower, other shots here : [link][link][link][link]
I say desaturated because it is not a real BW. I've jsut learned how to use the red, green and blu color to adjust BW settings and levels on Canon software.
It's not often that we have such nice sky in Paris, it's either too cloudy (with a grey white sky that make any photo horrible) or blue (not so much) but we do not hace so many big fat clouds with blu skyes as you can find near the ocean.
